How to Setup Authorize.net:
- Open two browser tabs or windows so you can easily switch back and forth between your TicketSearch account and your Authorize.net account while you copy and paste the credentials you need
- In TicketSearch go to Settings > Organization Settings > Step 4: Finance Setup
- Go to the browser tab or window that you opened and logged in to your Authorize.net account
- Click on ACCOUNT
- Locate the section 'Security Settings' > 'General Security Settings' > Click on 'API Credentials & Keys'
- Copy the API Login ID, then go back to the browser tab or window with TicketSearch logged in and paste that credential into the API Login ID field.
- Go back to Authorize.net > Under 'Create New Key(s)' select 'New Key'
- The option to immediately disable the old transaction will appear you can select that option, or you can leave it unselected and the old transaction key will expire in 24 hours
- Click 'Submit', then an identity verification process will be required follow the instructions Authorize.net provides
- Copy new 'Transaction Key' > Go to TicketSearch > Paste credential into the 'Transaction Key' field
- Go back to Authorize.net > click on ACCOUNT > Security Settings > General Security Settings > Select Manage Public Client Key > Click Submit
- Follow the Verification Process
- Copy the Public Client Key > Go to TicketSearch > Paste credential into the 'Client Key' field
- Perform the test transaction
- After 24 hours, you can manually refund the $1.00 charge
